BSL?? MSN?? How about "Guardianship vs Ownership"?? All of these topics are detrimental to dog owners and the dogs themselves. To be able to effectively defend your rights, you need to know WHAT these things are and WHY we must all unite as ONE voice to STOP these misguided laws.
